What is break-fix IT support?

Break-fix is exactly what it sounds like: you call your IT support company when something breaks, and you pay to fix it. There’s no ongoing contract — you’re billed by the hour or by the day.

For most UK SMEs with five or more employees, managed IT support is the better choice. The predictable cost, faster response times, and proactive approach to security far outweigh the slightly higher monthly outlay.
